Authorities said the man, identified as Björn Jónsson, arrived on a connecting flight from Reykjavík via Helsinki, and attempted to exit through the “nothing to declare” lane while carrying what appeared to be a standard-issue blue shopping bag marked “Finlandia Vodka.”
